My first Abercromie shirt First of all, I didn't buy it. So the story behind the shirt...hm. ADREN'S 16th BIRTHDAY party. Yep. That was a couple weeks ago. I had a lot more fun than I expected to have (I didn't know half of the the people she invited, a group of 9). Well, I had a blast, and Arden's last minute change of plans worked out well. I liked the group, even though they were all sophomores whom I barely know except for Nora. We waited till pretty late like 8 or 8:30 before we walked down to Tomatina's for dinner. We ate for a long time, me and Arden split a pasta and a piadini (um, first time having that, don't know how it's spelled). Yumm. Then we sang "Happy Birthday" and she got a free slice of chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream. All 9 of us dung in to it, hehe.Theeen we went back to her house for a clothing exchange!! It was fun. That's where the Abercromie shirt comes in. I brought in two shirts. One Arden took, the other Zoe took. And I got Zoe's cardigan, Grace's jeans, and Nora's shirt. We had MORE ice cream and angel food cake :). THE END. Senior Portrait I went to take my senior portrait today. It was fun actually. Maybe in another life I'll get to be a model or something, it looks like it could be fun, hehehe. HOLD ON. Norah Jones' "Don't Know Why" just came on, must sing along. Ok so I got free makeup "service" from one of my mom's clients who offered to do it for me a couple hours before my appointment. All that makeup felt weird, and it felt like I looked weird. It felt nice to wash it all off. I kinda liked the natural look with only some of the eye liner and mascara on that I couldn't get off. hehe. Edward, Sue, and Ralph A big part of my summer has had something to do with Edward Wu. Since he came, we always get invited to activities with him and my cousins. It's been fun. He's gonna be such a charming and handsome boy :] (naughty at times...) Now that his mom and Ralph came over (last friday), Edwards is totally in the center of attention. Dragon Boat Got myself to finally go to dragon boat after like a month. And it was fun. I was feeling really bubbly at the beginning. I wasn't able to have lunch with Arden cause my parents are starting to complain again about my "social activities". But anyways, I was the second person to get there after Chris. Then Ricky came and they boasted about the natural test taking abilities and AP scores. Then during practice, I met John. He's the newest newbie. He's really nice, and he has lived in China, NY, and Chicago! Mathieu Mathieu is coming on the 26th. I've been hearing about his "problems" back in Paris and reasons why he's being "sent" here for schooling. Jack told me some disturbing things, but that's not anything I can share. Sigh. Well, I'm still excited to have a part of France come to me since I can't go visit. Kristin's 17th Birthday Party Imagine...battling it out with blow-up Sumo outfits in Kristin's backyard. And later a water fight. Plus food. It's gonna be awesome :]. Ahh! Still have to think up a gift for her. And one for Monika! Her party will probably happen once she gets back from Paris. Monika in France I recieved a postcard from Monika today :D She was at the top of the Tour Eiffel. I think she's coming back on wednesday after a planned trip to Paris, London, and back to Paris for a week in a rented apartment. Sounds like she's having fun. I must go back to visit Paris soon (before I graduate...!) Myspace Haven't been there for weeks! And I'm proud of that. I feel no need of going back on, maybe I should quit :). Well, I should check up on comments...but should I ruin my record? |
